Pergola Paddington is an outdoors terrace venue which is covered from the elements and new for 2020, heated to keep you warm in the colder months.
We have 2 decks this winter. Alpine Hall tables and Moet Chalets are located on the lower deck. Our Winter Forest and Igloos are located on the upper deck. All areas are covered and heated for Winter.
In line with covid-19 guidance, bookings are capped at 6 people per table from multiple households. We have made significant changes to Pergola Paddington to allow for social distancing.
What areas are available and how do they differ?
Alpine Hall – This is our main area at Pergola Paddington and is best described as a Bavarian Beer Hall with lots of tables. The area is covered from the elements and heated for Winter.
Chalets – We have private chalets available to book. These are suitable for up to 6 people. They are located downstairs at Pergola Paddington and overlook our Alpine Hall.
Igloos – Our igloos are located upstairs at Pergola Paddington in our Winter Forest area. They are suitable for up to 6 people.
Winter Forest Tables – These tables are located on the upstairs deck. The tables are covered and heated but more exposed to the weather than our covered lower deck. We recommend wrapping up warm.
Moet VIP Lodge – Our Lodge is located in the corner of our Alpine Hall and has 4 tables inside suitable for 6 people per table. It makes for a cosy experience and suitable for larger bookings. The Lodge can accommodate up to 30 guests for business events and wedding receptions.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. We require 48 hours notice for any changes.

How many bars are there?
We have 2 bars, one very large one under the Pergola & another on the top deck.
How many restaurants are there?
We have amazing restaurants for you to try including Off Piste, Utter Waffle, Filth&Co, Salt Shed and Thunderbird. All will be offering up a fantastic range of winter classics and alpine style dishes.
What about if we just want drinks?
You are more than welcome to just enjoy drinks.
You are fully booked on my requested date & time, is there any way I can get a table?
Yes, we quite often receive cancellations, so please do contact the reservations team & we will do our best to accommodate you. Alternatively, we have walk in tables available which are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?
We ask that ALL of your party arrives within a 30-minute window of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee entry. If you are running late, please call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.
Someone in my party will arrive after the 30-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they will do their best to accommodate them.
We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Please give the team on site a call or text via the telephone number in your confirmation email & they will hold the table for you.
Can I take food off site?
Yes, you can take away food between the hours of 12 & 5pm, Wednesday – Friday.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Including toilet facilities & two lifts. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.
Can I bring my baby/child with me?
Yes, we welcome children with open arms between the hours of 12-6pm, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by an adult at all times. After this time, we are not licensed to have them onsite.
Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival.
Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me?
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.
Can I bring my own food or drink with me?
We don’t allow any external food or drink to be consumed on site. We also don’t allow any drinks that have been purchased onsite to be taken off site.
Do your restaurants cater for allergies & intolerances?
Yes, but please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy as we will need to check with the restaurants if they are able to cater for you.
Can I pre-order drinks & food?
We take pre-orders for drinks for amounts over £100. You can also purchase food vouchers to use at any of the restaurants. We do not take pre-orders for food. Please contact the reservations team if you would like to make a pre-order.
Can I run a tab?
Yes, you can run a tab, but this needs to be pre-arranged & can only be used at the bar for drinks. Please contact the reservations team if you would like to run a tab.
Do you have a dress code?
We are relaxed! You can come as smart or as casual as you wish. We advise against wearing stilettos as the floor has some gaps which may damage the heal. Dress up warm, although we do have newly installed heating!
Do you have a cloakroom?
No, unfortunately not.

Yes, we have a designated smoking area.
Do you accept AMEX?
Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX.
Do you play music?
Yes! We have atmospheric music playing in the background.

Where do I ask my taxi to drop/pick me up?
Order your taxi to Sheldon Square (W6 2PY) where a security guard will redirect your cab to the other side of Pergola Paddington, where you will be dropped off/picked up. If you have ordered a taxi to pick you up from Pergola, please head downstairs to the left where it is clearly signposted. You can also ask a member of staff for help.
