Weather Concerns
We are an outdoor venue so please keep in mind that although the majority of our tables are covered from the elements, English weather can be unpredictable, and we recommend all guests dress accordingly. If you wish to rearrange your booking due to cold or wet weather, then please contact our team who will be happy to find a new date and time for you.

I’m running late, what do I do?
Don’t worry we hold all tables for 20 minutes 

Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?

We ask that ALL of your party arrives within the 20-minute window of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee entry. If you are running late, please call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.

Someone in my party will arrive after the 20-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they will do their best to accommodate them.

Can I pre order drinks or packages? 
We have drinks packages available for large groups, our team will be in touch ahead of your visit with menus and information on how you can pre-order drinks packages.   
 
How many bars are there? 
We have 2 bars, one very large one on the ground floor & another on the upstairs terrace. 
 
Can I pre-order food? 
While we don’t offer food for pre-order, there are plenty of options available from our Kitchen traders perfect for any sized group, click here to see our current menus. 

How many restaurants are there? 
Our restaurant traders change regularly so please check the website for the current line-up however we also click here to see current menus from our amazing food partners. 

What about if we just want drinks? 
You are more than welcome to just enjoy drinks. 

Can I run a tab? 
Yes, you are welcome to set up a tab.  We can get this set up on arrival with our team (photo ID required) or if you would like to pre-pay please contact our reservations team for assistance. 
 
Can I bring my own food or drink with me? 
We don’t allow any external food or drink to be consumed on site. We also don’t allow any drinks that have been purchased onsite to be taken off site. 

Do your restaurants cater for allergies & intolerances? 
Yes, but please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy as we will need to ensure the teams are aware

Can I bring my baby/child with me? 
Yes, we welcome children between the hours of 12-5pm, we just ask that you make sure they are being supervised by an adult at all times. On Saturday evenings, we ask that all children have vacated by 5pm. 

Can I bring my dog with me?
Small well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome anytime during the day.  On busier nights ie Thursday through Saturday and peak trade dates we don’t allow dogs after 5pm.  This is purely for their safety as these are very busy nights and we’d hate for little paws to be accidentally stepped on.  Please contact our team if you have any questions about bringing your doggo with you.

Do you have highchairs? 
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival. 

Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me? 
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it. 

Do you have a dress code? 
Our dress code is smart casual, though please note sportswear, tracksuits, caps and flip flops/ sliders are not permitted. We advise against wearing stilettos as the floor has some gaps which may damage the heal.

Do you have a cloakroom? 
No, unfortunately not. 

Can I smoke on site? 
Yes, we have a designated smoking area. 

Do you accept AMEX? 
Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX. 

Do you play music? 
Yes! We have atmospheric music playing in the background. Please refer to individual event listings for more information on our DJ and entertainment offering. 

How do I find you? 
Please refer to our “Find Us” page for our address & directions. 

Where do I ask my taxi to drop/pick me up? 
Order your taxi to Sheldon Square (W9 2PY) where a security guard will redirect your cab to the other side of Pergola Paddington, where you will be dropped off/picked up. If you have ordered a taxi to pick you up from Pergola, please head downstairs to the left where it is clearly signposted. You can also ask a member of staff for help. 

What happens when I arrive? 
Please find the reservations desk who will be on hand to check you in and assist with any requirements. 

Closing time
Our last service is half an hour before closing. Our team will start asking you to drink up at this time as we will require all guests offsite by our closing time.
We want you to enjoy yourselves, but ask you to drink responsibly and like there is a tomorrow!

Right to refuse entry
We reserve the right to request identification from you and your guests and to refuse entry. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol for you or someone else.

Any person found either possessing, using or distributing any type of drug will be banned from these premises and may be reported to the authorities.
